Arrival - Check-In / Check-Out

Check-In from 1p.m. - 6p.m., if you expect your arrival to be later, please let us now, Phone +39 0471 662412.

Every extendet day, will be charged at the same price as weekly flat-rate. For your arrival you’re not bound at any particular day of the week.

Check-Out 10:00a.m.
On Tuesday and Wednesday (the Restaurant/Speckstube is closed) please Check-In until 11a.m. or after 6:30p.m.

Children

For a child in the parents bedroom up to 2 years old free of charge, children from 3 to 17 years old from +€ 20 - 40; children bed € 14.

Dogs

For (only small) dogs a daily fee of € 14 will be charged - exlusive of food.

Swimmingpool

Our Swimmingpool (May - September) and the yard is designed exclusively for our guests, outsiders and Restaurat guests are not admitted.

Methods of payment

Preferably cash, you can pay with Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard). In the case of cancellations at short notice, late arrivals, premature departures or not arrivals we charge 3 days booked. In the case of cancellations made four weeks before date of planned arrival, a bill for 3 days will be issued which can be credited to your next stay.

Mandatory information according to the EU-Regulation N. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council. Platform for online dispute resolution for consumer disputes (ODR) to the European Commission.

For all stays until 3 nights there will be an additional charge of +€ 8/Night.

All prices in €uro, include VAT, without Local Tax.
